Who are some of your favourite social media couples? The kind that make you believe in love :)

agirlnamedally answered:

I think my beautiful friend @huntiegib and her husband are an amazing depiction of love :)

I don’t really follow any ‘social media couples’ though! I might follow one person and then love when they choose to share glimpses of their happiness or partner, I find that very sweet. Especially when the relationship involves a dog too like Adam and Eva or Kristin and Mark Johns.

I used to say Cammie and Shannon but their breakup felt like I was getting broken up with too :( Busy Phillips and Michelle Williams - their lasting and supportive friendship is a beautiful inspiration for what female love can/should be. A style blogger/youtuber named Tess Christine and her boyfriend Pat always give me such warm fuzzy feelings with their love.

the reason oppressed groups say “___ are awful” instead of “some ___ are awful” is because including the word “some” allows individuals of that group to detach themselves from the problem and shuck the blame off and say “well they arent really talking about me so i can ignore their opinions”, whereas stating that an entire group of oppressors is awful makes the individual think whether or not theyre included in the awfulness of that group and makes them consider their actions so thats why people say “men are awful” or “white people are awful” and if you take it personally you’re getting angry at the wrong people
